Getting to Know Your Pet
Meet and greets are a time for us to get to know your special pet and for them to get to know us.
We want to make sure we are a perfect match! First-time guests must have this time with us to put you and your furry member at ease before you drop them off for an extended stay. During this 15-20 minute visit, we will introduce you and your furry family member to our facility, give you a tour, and answer any questions you have. We can learn a little bit about your pet – their quirks, favorite scratching spots, and how they like to play.
